Oil Light and Srs light on car runs perfect ???

Default Oil Light and Srs light on car runs perfect ???

ok i have a 1996 civic ex w/ lsvtec swap w/ jumper to p28 chipped.all of a sudden the oil light and srs light come on.weird,but the engine has a slight leak at the dizzy that might explain the oil light buy why the srs light.anyone have the same problem?Also one other thing I am only throwing One code which is 1.but when it thows it the car smokes alot and when it doesnt throw the code it does not smoke at all could it be my o2 sensor is on its way out.thanks for looking and any feedback would be greatly appreciated

The oil pressure sensor is in the block, and it only comes on when it detects NO oil pressure. You have bigger problems than you think. Fill your motor up with oil and take it to a shop, or have a friend look over it who knows what they are doing.

Not necessarily. Look on the back of the block to make sure that the sensor is still all in once peice. I broke mine changing my oil, and it finally came apart a few days later. Thats the one and only time I've had to have my car flatbedded anywhere.
