Timing Advance on D16y8?

Timing Advance on D16y8?
Anyone that has actually advanced their timing on a D16y8, just where to you turn it to?
What would you set it to for running high octane gas?
My winter project is going in this weekend, and as part of it im going to advance the timing finally.
Background info - 1996 delsol si with d16y8, just over 50k miles. OBX 4-2-1 header, Greddy SP2 Catback, AEM CAI.
Winter project is Timing advance, Hawk SPS pads F and R, Koni Yellows with ground control coilovers set at 400F 350R, Poly Master Bushing set replacement, Poly Trailing Arm Bushing replacement, Suspention techniques 21mm rear swaybar, lower tie bars F and R, upper strut/tower/tie bars F and R.
