Default Cargo Light Assistance please.

I have a 92 Cx and I would like to install a cargo light for my hatch area. I have searched archived and recent threads, and found nothing on what wires to splice.

Some have said there is a plug for it, but I haven't found one. My car is completely gutted right now, I'm installing black interior, and I'd like to wire this light up.

I have a light, some wires, and the plug for the light. I know where it sits, I just don't know what wires to hack into.

Thanks alot,
Jarrod

I have experience in wiring, did my own B16 swap, but I don't have the diagram in front of me.

I would like for it to turn on when the trunk latch is undone. Like the stock Si.

Thanks for the help though.

i put one in my hatch. i tapped into the ground of the trunk warning light switch so the light could only come on when the hatch/trunk is open. power i got from the dome light.

check your post on e-hatch. that's how the light is wired from the factory.
