Default F23 Piston help

ok, ive searched for the past hour or so on here and google, and really havent had any good results. when i get around to doing my h22 head swap, i want to put in new pistons because i want an all motor setup because i wont be able to afford a turbo for a long time, and with f23a5 pistons right now, my compression ratio would be ****. aside from custom pistons (again i cant afford much), where can i find some pistons for my engine without boring out 1mm to reach 87mm? any help is greatly appreciated.

wait you said that your doing an all motor set-up becuase you can't afford a turbo? i thought that you would gain alot more horsepower for the ammount of money you put into a turbo kit that you would into an all motor set-up. instead of buying the whole kits like fmax, you could piece your own kit together. you can learn about all the neccesary parts here

You'd be better off swapping in an H22a, since a F23A5 is a DX engine for the Accord if I'm not mistaken. For the money that you'll be spending on gaining 60-70HP and it being turboed, you can spend less by going NA which is more safe and reliable and getting the same amount of power.

You'll never get the same gains as turbo from going N/A, especially not for the same $$$.

To answer the original poster's question: http://www.raceeng.com stocks 86mm 8.5:1 compression forged F23 pistons. check them out. good people over there.

if i could afford the whole h22, then i might have considered it. im going for the cheapest possible route to make a bit more power, but especially torque, on my DX. Yes, my DX is non-vtec, but the h22 head i bought comes with the vtec solenoid and everything so ill be figuring out how to get all that to work. i may be wrong in my pricing idea of turbo vs. NA, but yeah im at least going to build the motor up a little bit till i can afford to get turbo. oh and everything comes out right, with the right cams and pistons, the hybrid G23 is a decent motor for very little money. the h22/f23 hybrid does come out with a low CR, so it is a very boost friendly setup. im in no hurry to get this done, so i just want to explore all of my options on this project.
