CRX Idle problems with B16 w type r intake manifold/throttle body

CRX Idle problems with B16 w type r intake manifold/throttle body
My idle keeps going from 500 to 1000rpm. I'm running the map sensor on the type r throttle body and got the fuel preasure regulator hook up to the intake. Does anybody know why and how to fix the problem.
