Does that come with a gear change, changing acceleration and gas mileage?

closer gearing, quicker accel., less gas mileage.

Depends on your mods. About 6 years ago I had a high compression F22B1 with a H22 tranny in a 95 sedan. I got about 20-22 mpg freeway/streets, so that's about 8-10 mpg less than a stock Accord. If you race and want to get faster, then get a H22 tranny, the cut in gas mileage is worth it.

If you're auto right now, then you need a manual ecu and that should do it.
