Either the corners of the rear glass or the outboard tail Lamps are leaking.
Take off the rear inspection panels and run water over the lamps. If you see water coming in, the tail lamp gaskets need to be replaced.
If it leaks from the rear glass, it will need to be resealed / reset
.

If there are trim panels in the way, you may have to remove some to uncover where you have to look. In extreme cases, it literally rains inside the trunk.....

i opened up the covers in the trunk for the tail lamps and noticed moisture in there. used the good ol' dry finger and came back with dirt and wetness on it too,so im guessing yeah my tail is leaking. but i'll continue to check for other areas incase they contribute to my pool

Kinda funny, I'm having the same exact problem, and there is a lot of water on the inside of my tail lights, you might alos want to check your antenna hole, like where it pokes through the body, especially if its an aftermarket one, my trunk leaks a little there too, also I've seen early 90's hondas have trouble with the trunk weatherstripping.

You're a candidate for not only resealing the lamps to the body, but the lamps themselves. Clear GE silicone sealer will work fine.

replace the gasket for the outer tail lite assembly,,,,,,they are made of foam rubber and over the years they crack and allow water to get in trunk and tail lite assembly......gaskets cost about 8 dollars each from dealer ,,,,,,also put a beed of honda -bond all the way around above the gaskets on the trunk body.. you need a 8mm socket to remove the nuts ( 5 ) ,,very easy job
