T3/TO4E 57 trim .63a/r. We currently have that turbo running strong in our Stock B16 Del Sol. Boost I would not run over 12psi and that is with a good tune.

. depends how much power you wanna run, what your driving technique is ( drag. street. autoX. mountain racing etcc) also on your manifold . some do not fit 4 bolt turbine housings due to diffrent fitment aspects. the design is diffrent.the 4 bolt tucks the turbo farther in. and will not fit without excessive block grinding on most cast manifolds. etcc

PM me if you wanna work out a good turbo for your style of driving.

i thought the 57 trim was a little big for 10-12 psi...wouldnt there be a lot of lag?

if you have an F22 i dont htink its too big considering you got a nice big bore 2.2 liter. if you wanted it to spool a lil faster i'd go with the 48 AR housing.

Switching housings isn't always the answer. For the F22 and its longer stroke, you may need to be a bit more specific as to which manifold you already have, and what power levels you are looking for. There are about 10 different ones to choose from, but YOU have to give us a bit more detail about yourself, and about your setup.

haha i wasnt asking about opinons on my setup i was talkin about his car... i just thought a 57 trim was a lil big for low psi in general and may cause lag....but then i thought well he has a b16 those rev higher than mine and would spool it quicker..
