Engine is a d16y8 with Crower 62442y cam. I Plan on getting the Crower valvesprings so that I can rev higher without any piston/valve damage. Im going to be ordering an obd2a-obd1 harness and purchasing a p28. My question to anyone who has done this, is the timing issue. The ignition timing on the y8 is 12 degress whereas the z6 is 16, as many of u may know. What will I have to do to have my timing set to atleast 12*? Can i chip the p28 or will I have to purchase a z6 dizzy?
