thanks old plug wires where zip tied together and super conducted to one another melting ens to plugs so plugs cannot come out of head so how would i get the old rubber off of the plugs>?

If its just the rubber part stuck to the plug,
You can use a long flat blade screwdriver
to split the rubber and long needle-nose pliers
to fish it out..
