Heres a good one Ideas?
So I went to pop of my plug wires and looked what happened
How I have this missing piece stuck on the spark plug in the head and cant get either out. Any ideas?

Happens all the time on old wires.
Use long needle nose pliars, I usually opt to try to use a flathead screw driver and pin it against the side and slide it out - whatever works for ya.
Also, depending on how big (tall) the grommet is, you can sometimes just put the 5/6 spark plug socket on it and pull out the spark plug (if there's still a little silver left at the top to grab the inside of the spark plug socket. Just shine a flashlight down in to see.

thanks for the replies. Ill have to try and find some needle nose pliers that are long enough and or take of the valve cover
