Spark plug wires stuck!!!?

my plug wires are stuck I can get them off the plugs. I need to change the plugs but dont wanna damage the plug wires? help

wiggle and pull. Turn and pull. as a last resort use pliers but only squeeze as hard as you need to, no harder. Also be careful not to pull the wire out of the boot.
