I know most people in this forum are into building their car, not stock, and rightfully so, that's the way it should be. However, I was curious on peoples opinions of the new civic Si, if anyone has bought one, or if anyone has test driven one. I recently bought mine, and i'm sure there is a lot for me to learn about my new car. Just wanted to start up a thread on this if anyone wants to give some input, thanks.

thanks, i thought so too, i loved it so much, i bought a silver one even though i wanted a red or black one, but this was the only one around, none of the dealerships had any, so i just took it

 

good car good motor..but disadvantage is the fly by wire it has... if you compare 05 civic si to the 06 civic si, you cant feel the torque compared 05 civic si.. they should of left the throttle body cable instead of changing it to electronically signalled.also the power band when driving dont feel the same compared to 05 si..

i would've bought it in that color

good luck with it. try out on some new suspension & maybe in the long-run you can supercharge it
