Default how to hook up p28

I should be getting my p28 that i got off ebay he burnt a stock d16 map with uberdata. I already have the obd1 to obd2b connector since my car is a 99 civic ex. So my questions are this.

1. Where is my ECU located? I know i should research but its a quick answer.
2. Do i have to do anything else to my car ecu or anything to plug this one in?
Thank you for the help.

It will just plug in as long as you have already done the conversion harness thing. What ECU is in there right now?

actually, its quicker to search cuz if you post stupid bs either 1. people will laugh at you and just not answer you and 2. you have to waste your time typing up dumb questions that have been answered elsewhere. and to not be a total dick, your ECU is on the passenger side floorboard (right side)

I dont suggest converting your car to obd1 if you dont even know where the ecu is... I think you should do some more research, but that's just me.

ECU is located pass. floor panel.
