CEL, O2 Sensor, and IACV...O2 didn't fix problem, need help fast.

I have a CEL on, the codes were for O2 and IACV. The problem is my car bogs really bad, between 1500-2000rpm, I changed the O2, didn't do anything, I think I'm going to change the plug wires. If it isn't that then....Could the IACV cause the bogging problem, because my car seems to idle fine, unless it is cold, if it gets revved up a little, it almost dies....Anybody?

i had the same problem with my 00 civic coupe. the thing with my car was that the cat was clogged, i had it punched out it ran fine after that. is it hard to get any speed at all?
