I have a problem maybe you guys can help me out. I am throwing a CEL for my o2 sensor, so i replaced it and reset the ecu and still throwing it. Besides that problem, my car is idling high. When i start it, it idles at 1000rpm or so, but when it reaches opeating temperature it idles at 1700, any idea what this can be? Thanks in advance

Check the wiring to ur o2 sensor. Ur car's likely idleing strange because the o2 sensor is not working properly, so ur car is also running very rich, don't run it too long without the o2 sensor not working cause it will clog up ur cat, if u have one, and also foul ur spark plugs. How long have u had an o2 sensor problem? What code is it giving u? The number I mean, cause theres a few different codes that can be cause by ur o2 sensor.

 

Its blinking code 1. I just began getting the code last week.
