Injector not firing..

Injector not firing..
I swapped my whole engine/tranny/turbo kit from my 94 integra into a 96 civic. I tried to start it and it wont start. It has spark and fuel pressure, but the injectors is not getting signal. I use a injector test light to check for signal and got nothing. Any ideas on what it could be? Thanks
