Default Injector issues, after turbo install.

First of all, car is obd0 dohc zc, just put a modified greddy kit on. Walboro 255 was already in the car working fine, and i've added some blue top dsm injectors.

Well finished up bolting on my turbo kit and go to start it, nothing. Heres the deal:

-Pump does not prime.
-Sometimes solid red light on ecu, sometimes nothing.
-No fuel pressure with key in the 'ON' position.
-44psi while cranking, drops to 22psi after cranking and then proceeds to zero within the next 30 seconds.
-No external fuel leaks.
-I AM getting power at the injector clips.
-Injectors were bought flow test ect...
-Grounds appear fine
-Tried 2 different relays, still nothing.
-Car ran for a couple seconds on starter fluid.
-All fuses I've checked are fine.
-Spark plugs were dry when pulled, gets spark for sure.

I'm out of ideas and am willing to try about anything at this point in time. Any ideas on what I should be looking for? Any help appreciated.

Pic for fun.

I have the stock ecu, pm7 and a chipped pr4. Both give the same results. Nothing else has been touched. I looked quickly last night and the grounds appear to be fine, I'll be cleaning and checking them further tonight.

Took a better look at the grounds today and they all seem to be tight and fairly clean, wiped them off and no change.

sounds like either the regulator or injectors are leaking down during cranking and a flooding the motor and b not holding enough fuel pressure to get proper fuel atomazation and will not allow it to run. If your fuel pump isnt priming could be bad ecu or main relay. is the main relay clicking on under the dash when you turn the key on?
