b18c1 sleeve problem

my project is a b18c1 block
i just got it bore to 81.5mm
and my question is
i found a tiny hole on the #4 sleeve but is very small.
i dont know what to do. just replace the sleeve or just live it like that.
before i got bore, Sleeve #4 had a scrash but it went away with the .5 mm bore, but it left a very tiny hole in the middle of the sleeve.
i checked and the hole is not deep at all

is there any way you can post a pic? i dont understand how you can have a tiny hole in your cylinder.
