Default solid, quality, cost efficient build on an H

ok so my block on the h is on its way out and Im due for a rebuild. I dont want to spend to much money but at the same time I dont want to use cheap materials. So I was thinking oem bearings, eagle rods, je piston heads etc. What would you guys use if you were rebuilding your block but didnt want to go crazy exspensive. So just list out what you would go with from who and where would you buy it from?

Stick with the F

Are you going to turbocharge this motor?

If you get forged pistons, you'll need to resleeve. If you are on a budget the stock rods will be fine. I would go with Type S pistons, remove the balance shaft, and probably cam regrinds. Where to get those? well I have no idea.
