Car tends to bog on cold starts PLEASE HELP!
I have noticed a progressing problem with my 1995 integra GSR. Sometimes when I crank up my car (only when it is cold) it will idle fine for about 1 min and then (wether I am in gear and going or not) the engine starts to bogg like its being flooded or like the clutch is engaged somewhat and will not accelerate for about 3-5 seconds. And then the problem quits and wont happen again for awhile until I let the car sit and cool down again and restart it. This problem does not always happen on cold starts just sometimes. I think its either a sensor or fuel related if anyone has any Ideas PLEASE HELP!!!
I am having a similar problem. Mine bogs like yours, but only around 1500-2250rpm, and when it's cold outside, and I start it for the first time, it feels like a piston is missing for about 10 seconds. I'm pretty sure it's a fuel injector. When was the last time you changed the fuel filter? Maybe try some injector cleaner. Anyone else?
