Default Need help with car problem!

I got a 93 h22a prelude. The problem is that everytime I start the car, it would idle up, then just slowly drop dead, but as soon as I try giving it gas, it would die right away. When I restrict air(taken out the filter, and covering the intake with my hand) the car would run fine, but as soon as I allow more air flow into the car(taken away my hand from the intake) the car die right away. So, now i'm thinking either I'm having too much air going into the engine, or not enought fuel to keep up with the air flow, which cause that problem. Any of you have a problem similar to my? or can give me a suggestion what might cause it. Sensor? Relay? Fuel pump? whatever it is, please let me know. Thank, and have a great day.

It all happen the day following me replacing the steering wheel. I disconnected the negative terminal on the battery. It still run and drive fine after I replace it. The next day, it die on me. Now, the radio doesn't work, the radio and the clock share the same fuse. The clock still work, just not the radio. The ciggarette outlet is out on me too. I also got a apexi V-tec controller, and that things is not working also. Can it possibly me having a bad ECM? Any suggestion?

Check your grounds. I had a similar issue where my clock/radio/outlet and some random dash lights would go off on me. Turned out to be a ground I didn't tighten fully.

Check all grounds - if you were working on something within the bay area a week or so ago, or anything if one is lose it will give an issue.

Wherever you were working within the car - check that area for any lose grounds. it doesn't take much, best of luck
