Default car not building boost.... Help????

I have a problem that im not building boost..... i know it possibly could be a vacumm prob but ive gone through all my vacumm lines over and over and still 0-psi of boost when i drive........ i have a 92 integra da, i have the GE vacumm manifold and have the following pluged into it... BOV- FPR-boost gauge,profec-s boost controler,3bar map sensor, i have those 5 things running off GE vacumm manifold.... im running a tial 38mm and i have the side of it vacummed to the turbo.... can anyone tell me anything that i need to check cause ive done everything that i could think of....... when im at idle and i rev the motor i hear the bov blowing so i dont think the turbo is bad but why am i not boosting..... help!!! thanks in advance...

thats my first thought. check all your intake piping to make sure they are connected and not leaking

I'd have to agree about leaky or disconnected charge pipes. Did it ever make any boost? Is this a new turbo setup?

The only other thing I can think of if this is a new setup is to make sure you have the spring in the wastegate and the sealing ring (can't remember what that thing is called ) that goes between the wastegate and wastegate flange. Good luck
