Swap: OBD2 ECU & B18C1 into OBD1 Civic
1. Connect OBD1 harness to B18C1 where connectors exist/fit
2. Cut off OBD1 connectors and remove ECU near passenger side door
3. Reconnect wires using OBD2 connectors
4. Run all additional sensor wires to ECU
a. IAB - A26
b. VTS - A8
c. VTM - C15
d. SO2 and SO2S - A5 and D14 respectively
5. Rewire distributor connectors, fuel injectors, and alternator
Here is where I'm stuck...
The new secondary O2 sensor (4 wires) shows a connection to the evap control canister shut valve and the evap bypass solenoid vavle. Those two items do not exist in the civic.
The first item would be east to remedy by using a GSR evap canister. The second is where I'm stuck. The evap bypass solenoid vavle is near the gas tank.
Can the OBD2 engine and OBD2 ECU into OBD1 chassis be done?

Why did you not just buy a conversion harness...?
Or just convert to obd1 the easy-way and call it a day? Do you have to pass smog in MO or what?
Here's a really good post buy ex-mod B18c5eh2

Even with the conversion harness I wont have the sensors I need for the OBD2 ECU to correctly monitor/maintain fuel and O2.
Why dont I convert...
I had this b18c1 in a 96 civic a few years ago and installed Jun type3 cams, etc I also have the Jun modified ECU but its OBD2.

I'm not sure if you can keep it all obd2 and have it in an obd1 car...? I honestly don't know.

This would probably be the easiest solution for you. At least this is what I'd do, there's quite a few disadvantages to keeping it obd2.
