hey what's up I am interested in putting in power windows in my hatch, I have access to the stuff for free out of a 99 ex, so I was wondering if anyone has ever done this? I am pretty sure everything will fit but just wondering if anyone has done it? any info would greatly appreciated, thanks

 

You have to pull the body harness ( from the fuse box to above the left rear fender well, it also goes from the driver door across the center of the floor pan under the seats to the passenger door), you have to fold the carpet from back to front so you don't have to remove it. Then you have to gut the doors out and swap it all. then you have factory tweeters,power door locks, mirrors and windows. Its not worth trying to do cruise control. you have to change out the entire harness from under dash to headlights.

 

just take off everything from the ex and dont forget the floor harness

That's pretty much it for the swap. Change out the floor harness and the door harnesses will plug straight in. Swap the motors, regulator, switches, yada, yada from the doors and you should be good to go.
