Can I fix the ball joint without having to replace the whole upper control arm. It looks like a bear to do the whole thing. The guy at the shop told me that new ball joints only come with the whole arm assembly.

its not as hard to replace the whole arm than to replace the ball joint.

just replace the whole arm.

 

i belive you have to replace the whole arm. just go buy adjustable control arms with a new ball joint in them.

 

you can also get spc adjutable ball joints to go in place of the stock ones and you don have to buy new UCA. but you have to get the right on it you want to keep your camber the same(the ones that adjust 1.5+/-)

 

Spc also has a stock style non adjustable ball joint replacement. I just put one about 2 weeks ago. Found it on ebay
