Cant figure out the problem pls help...

Default Cant figure out the problem pls help...
Ok..y7 block y8 head..p28 ecu..wen i first start the car it runs fine but wen it starts to warm up the idle drops to bout 5-700 rpms and wont go over 2000 rpms..like a rev limiter...changed the ecu,spark plugs,wires,cleans the iacv, anybody no wts wrong?

Any CEL's? Sounds like an ECU problem.

I changed the ecu twice..
