We'll first off I bought a 2000 integra gsr with a b20b block and the ecu won't scan and the sensors don't have voltage and idle problem car starts and run OK but I need to know what's going on with the car so I can get it inspected pleas help guys

 

There's something wrong, like maybe a malfunction. You should get it looked at.
