Depending on if you have emissions or not..

Hi-flo cat = some what of a gain, retain nice exhaust sound.

Testpipe= Stinks like a son of a bitch, noisy, probally more power gain due to being straight thru.

IMHO, I'd go with a nice Hi-flo cat.

High-flow , it'll definietly sound better than a test pipe, and there really isn't much of a power difference at all.

im running a omni test pipe right now and it stinks! A while back i was running a high flow cat and i think the high flow cat flows better in my opinion but then again that was with a different exhaust set-up.

If you have the extra $20-$40 go ahead.

that depends on the rest of your exhaust setup. It'll only flow as well as its weakest link. If that's your cat, then yeah, easily worth it. And I recommend buying a name brand cat off ebay. A lot of the others are test pipes or resonators being sold as cats.

I bought one Hi flo and it gave me more power but my gas mileage went down. Engines need back pressure. Plus it's alot louder. I might put my original Cat back on.

yeah thats why i got a cat- merely for if a cop bends over to look under my car. a no-cat ticket is EXPENSIVE.
