shitty gas milage, loss in compression, clicking, car running like **** to name a few. It really depends on how bad they are bent.

Well what are you having problems with. You kind of questioned an answer...saying you think bent valves, but are only assuming becaus eof the noise? My H22 valves were unbelievably loud after getting the head back from the machine shop. They may just need adjusted?

Gas milage isnt too good and ticking is pretty loud. Car doesnt feel too great performance wise either, not terrible but not great.

Forgot to mention compression was 150 across. I have never missed a shift real bad but i have slammed through gears many times.

Sounds like bent valves. My Compression's 205 across, and I've read of people near 240. Time to start saving for a head job

I've read in some manual that perfect compression on a H22A4 was 180 all the way acrosss.

well man, i just super mis shifted, and went to 9400 rpm, on the stock valvetrain, s/ Skunk2 stg 1's, and my compression just tested at 210 across the board.... hopefully i was one of the few lucky ones, we'll see in a few days tho.. my valves used to tap a lil before, now they tap a lil more, but i dont think any are bent... ill find out after i do my valve adjustment...
