Default Help: B20/VTEC problems(long)

Finally got my car running and here are the problems I am having. This is all in a 94 DB8.
1) Start car idles fine, a little low but it seems okay. Hondata reads 14 degrees advance in datalog.
2) Try to rev the motor, or open the throttle at all Hondata reads 0 degrees advance until you let off the throttle.
3) Car tries to completely die when you open the throttle at all, let off and it resumes idle.

Car will not rev at all, but will fast idle then kick down to idle. If you try feathering the throttle it does the same thing and tries to die.
I have swapped my 440 injectors back to stock to try and fix it, with no luck. I have a known good stock P72 without Hondata and a known good P30 Hondata Stage 4. I have checked the distributor and have found nothing there. I had a J&S Safeguard that I hooked up at the ECU, and have completely bypassed it, still have the same problems.
I have made sure that cam timing is not off, and the firing order is correct.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Nick

it just sounds like your running too rich. Are you using an fpr?

reinstall the timing belt might be off on tooth. stock is 16btdc ar idle. also you might have installed the distributor wrong.

Have the fuel pressure set at 40 psi, and the timing is exact. Have tried everything.

MAP sensor. Make sure it's plugged in (electrical and vaccuum).

Are the TPS and MAP plugs switched?
