ok got a dilemma. my car runs perfect majority of the time. Its got hondata that has been tuned and runs great. but here lately the car has been doing some funny stuff every now and then....like tonight it did it all night...it wasnt fun. the car just stays in lean, and never touches the rich on the gauge even when giving it full throttle. Normally it does. and when its doing this, the car pitches a fit at partial throttle jerking you around cruising down the highway. and sitting at a red light it will idle fine and then the idle will start jumping around from 400rpm to 1100 rpm. and then the next day usually when i crank it up, everything is perfectly fine, gauges read great...no crazy idles or jerks. Could this be hondata acting up? is there any issues. when everything is fine the car does a stutter at throttle tip in while cruising, hundreds of people have told me its the old hondata software and that the new software fixes it but im not worried about that. its hondata s200 with
boost.

my car does the same thing and i have the hondat s200b also. I think its the hondata, for some reason they just gave up at the end...

 

guess I neeed tp upgrade to the new software. Anyone know how much te upgrade is?

 

it should be free, and your tuner should have it i believe.

sorry to hear about ur problems. mine actually is the exact opposite from you. when the weather is hot in the day time...car idles funny and shuts off. at nite....the car runs like a champ. what people have told me on this board is my tune. i'm running on Crome. so yeah..just check out ur hondata tune..see wuts sup. good luck
