Default 00 JRSC Integra LS that need some serious advice!

lets say you had a 00 integra LS..

your mods are

AEM V2 Cold Air Intake- Modified, Jackson Racing non-VTEC supercharger, ENDYN 9lb boost upgrade 'stepper' pulley, Magna Flow Muffler, Walbro high flow fuel pump, stainless headers, bosch platinum plugs cold temp, Exedy Stage 2 cerametallic Clutch, and a prostreed light weight flywheel.

1. what mods would you need to keep your set up safe? and achieve max hp

2. tell me how smart it would be to run a psi pullie w/ no fuel/spark mods or tuning

I need some ideas with future mods/tuning, maybe larger injectors or DSM injectors, maybe SAFC2, maybe AEM EMS, converting to OBD 1 and using something like uberdata... I NEED ADVICE!

1. you would need the vtec controller to contain the cam control from over heating when u slammin the pedal on the charger. u need a fat intake reccommend the injen cold air cuz it is faster than aem. and last u need to by some headers i think apc got some good ones

2. u can take teh super charger to 10k no problem. da vtec kick will help da charger go through the gears faster so u have to shift fast.

I don't know much about the Jackson racing kit, but to make some more hp, an intercooler would help out substantially. I don't know if you can use an intercooler setup with jackson racing. I've seen supercharged tegs with front mounts on them though.

An engine managment of some sort would help out a lot also. AEM is great is you can afford it. If not, Neptune, or Hondata are also good.

A good header (not APC) could help out too. Get something good, like DC Sports, or Comptech, or Greddy.

Yep, the VTEC kick on his 00 LS will help him go through the gears faster shifting at 10k. LOL! That makes me laugh my *** off!!

1. How much power do you want to make?

2. Are you planning to stick with stock internals?

3. Yes its a NON V-TAKK.

4. Most of all what fule management are you using?

Right now i am using no fuel management at all...i have a wallbro 255lph fuel pump and cold temp plugs to avoid detonation and i always run 93 octane.... but other than that i have no actual fuel management, i have no clue how much power i am making, never have brought it to a dyno or a track, I have stock internals and am planning on keeping it that way, as of right now i think the little money i have would be better spent on something else, and ITS AN LS WITH A STOCK HEAD----NO V-TEC

yeah and honestly i have no boost gauge and no air/fuel ratio gauge so i dont know if it running righ or lean, and i have never had it tuned, and have nothing to tune it with.... ideas anyone. an AEM EMS would be my favoite option...but i might consider a more cost effective option

You really need some fuel managment then. A fuel pump alone isn't nearly enough. Does the jackson kit come with bigger injectors, or an FMU, or something to add more fuel?? If not, you NEED bigger injectors, and you need some kind of tuning. Running a supercharger without adding fuel, will certainly destroy your engine. The cold temp plugs are a good choice, but I wouldn't run Bosch Platinum, they suck. I ran them for awhile and hated them. They kept fouling. I switched to NGK V-Power, with 2 heat ranges colder. They are great!! Loving them. They worked great when I was running a 75 shot of N20.

I seriously recommend an engine managment system, and a good dyno tuning session with an experienced tuner.

Well, if you are going to get an engine management system, you are not going to need an FMU. The size injectors you are going to need is proportional to the amount of power you are going to put down. I know JRSC kits don't put down much power, so 450cc injectors should be plenty big. If you get an engine management system, you can run 1000cc injectors if you wanted! EMS's normally have a fuel trim setting, so you can run big-*** injectors without running too rich. But I would run 450cc injectors. You should be fine with those. As far as EMS systems. I would run Hondata or AEM. Hondata is good, and fairly affordable. AEM kicks ***, but is like $1300. It's all on your budget, and what you can afford.

I don't have any experience with JRSC on a LS, but did you try the forced induction forum? Those guys seem to know what they are doing, there was a 30+ page thread on JRSCs recently I believe.
