I am in desperate need of a site that has a helms manual online or even some other thing similar to a HELMS guide, I need to know torque specs for a few things. If it isn't free I can pay on a site or w/e

Not sure if this will help or not, but this was taken from the faq in the type r forum. You could also just list what you need the torque specs for and someone witht the manual could probably look it up for you.

Well I am gonna change my head gasket so I need those specs and I have the specs for my timing belt + water pump from Team Integra. Is there like a site that I can pay that I can have access to there page or an ebook possibly?

Are torque sizes the same for the 1994 Integra as they are on the 1999 because I downloaded the guide for the 1994 service guide and they dont have 1999
