Default Torque Specs: Header Bracket.

I need to double check and make sure that it is supposed to be 28 lb/ft. I also need to check on the header to head (23 lb/ft) and exhaust bolts. I'm not sure if the spring bolts have the same torque specs as the non spring bolts.

Just need to make sure before I reinstall my cat. thanks everyone.

bracket bolts are 28lb/ft, spring bolts are 16lb/ft. Bolts on the outlet of cat are 25lb/ft.
