Intake manifold torque specs ??

Intake manifold torque specs ??
Guys, I'm doing some work on my TypeR this weekend which involves removing the intake manifold. Can someone please post the torque specs for the bolts on the manifold ??
I am installing a Hondata heatshield gasket, polishing the intake runners, cleaning up the throttle body, and bypassing the coolant feeds to the t-body and manifold. What else could I do as long as the manifold is out of the car ??
