Default Cranshaft pulley bolt frozen / seized

I am trying to replace the water pump in a '90 prelude and the crankshaft pulley seems to be seized in place. I have a 24" breaker bar but I can not get it to budge. I've also tried an impact wrench but no success. How much force can I put on it? Any ideas? It is counterclockwise for removal, correct?

the stock hamonic balancer had rubber in it, and if you heat the bolt too long, basically the rubber in the harmonic dampener gets damaged. There is way to much metal in that area for heating the bolt to matter. beside the idea would be to heat the area around the bolt where the threads are so that it will warm up and expand lessening its grip on the threads. most people end up thinking ok ill heat it, and direct a tourch on the head of the bolt. THis heats the bolt and then causes the bolt to expand inside the crank making it even tighter. heating only works if you can head only what the bolt is screwed into.

If you heat it there is so much metal that the heat all gets sucked away, and say you do heat it for long enough then you will damage the harmonic balancer

to the orignal poster, to get my main crank pully bolt off, i had a 3 foot breaker bar with a 6 FOOT pipe on it with me and my father bouncing on the end of the pipe, i also had the appropriate honda tool to hold the crank pulley. if they have never been taken off they can be EXTREMELY tight.
