Crank pulley stuck!!
I managed to actually get the bolt off, but now the pulley wont come off! i tried to carefully pry it off, but it wouldnt budge and i didnt want to further damage anything. and the key looks wierd. i have a 1991 GS and this doesnt look like any key i have seen; looks like a weld to me. please give me some insight, this car has to be finished! thanks!
You might be able to get a 2-jaw puller from Sears ($30) in there. Thread the bolt in half way and set up the puller in reverse with the teeth on the inner edges of the pulley. That might help you get it started.
Heat and lube are also recommended.

Do not pry the pulley... unless you are careful the prybar will only put force on one side, it will never come off that way. Wiggle it back and forth, hands on opposite ends, it should come right off. If that doesnt work get a puller.

obviously he cant wiggle it off, or he would not be asking us for help...
softly use a prybar to get it off. switch sides as to exert the same force on the pulley use an on off tapping motion, and put the bar as close to the crank as you can. use the minimal amout of force possible.
