what causes back fire?

I noticed back fires when I hit the race, why this is happening?

you mean gas??

stock engine with basic bolt ons??

if so most likely the donut gasket on the header is leaking or the cat gaskets

its stock with bolt ons
and yes when i floor the gas

the car started to get fucked up !!
I fix something and another issue pops up, I started hating my car and thinking of selling it.......

So when you're on the gas, it's backfiring? If that's the case, i'd check the timing.

It shouldn't backfire while accelerating. If it backfires between shifts, that's common.

The timing belt is not in a good condition

when i remove my feet from the gas pedal it backfires.

You should change it ASAP.

That's fairly normal. Caused by unburnt fuel and backpressure in the exhaust system. Not much you can do about it.
