Default Best clutch..GSR turbo

Ok..So I have a fully built gsr engine n trans w/quaife..there is whats left of a stage 4 ACT clutch 4 puck..the engien is turboed on 12lbs its about 350 to teh wheels as of now..it is my daily..well last ngiht on a hard 2nd gear pull the clutch burnt out..so what would be reconeded for a daily driven terror? lol Im not to fond of the act clutchs due to this is the 2nd one that ive had that was done in less tahn 6k miles..any input is appriciated..thanks

I was making slightly more power than you with an LS turbo. I lasted quite long on my ACT 4 puck with the Heavy Duty pressure plate. I don't know why yours lasted such a short time. Mine went at least 10K miles when I took it apart. The clutch disc was in pristine condition, the flywheel was not.

If you want to stay away from the unsprung pucked discs, try going with one of their street discs, but mated with an Xtreme pressure plate to hold the extra torque.
