do you measure the inner or the outter diameter of a throttle bodie?

or does anyone just have the specs for a 95 b18b1 stock TB?

 

You measure the inner diamter on the throttle plate side.

oh, the plate. ****. i was thinking it was the ..... well i dont know what its called. but the top more/less. thats why i thought i had a huge TB.
