because its a copper throttle plate and a billet(most likely) housing, they expand and contract diffrently.... just get a STR tb they dont stick, but if you wanna keep yours take out the butterfly and sand it down a little

i sanded both just a hair and it dont stick unless it gets really cold i sanded the butterfly a bit more then the housing it worked good enough to make me not get pissed at having to pound on the trottle to make it work in the morning.i did it while throttle body was still on car i just wiped the surface clean very clean made sure all debris was out before a start up then sprayed the thorottle body clean with stp throttle body cleaner

I ended up taking off my JG throttle body and adjusted the idle screw(?? screw with spring) on the TB very very very lightly so it wouldn't stick. It worked, but I drive 80 miles a day so the gas mileage sucked *****.

DAMN I love the power it made to my car.....but ****, I hate the price of gas...so I swapped it out for the stock TB.

I'm running a s/c....so it makes a very noticable difference in performance.
