Cluster Lights up but Needles dont move!!!! NO Turn Signals?
My friend Just hit a deer and im using my laptop to figure out why his damn needles arent working or his turn signals.. is there a fuse that controls the Cluster controls?
That happened to me once when I got my car back from a bodyshop. I brought it back to them and let them figure it out. I think its a computer issue that they just turn off a code, but I don't remember specifically. Check the fuse panel under the dash maybe? Good luck with it.
EDIT: The signal issue IS a fuse problem though.

could be the hazard switch also... i learned this when i put in another cluster and left the panel around the cluster and the hazard switch out to test and see if everything worked... well everything did except the turn signals
