Default Cluster Lights up but Needles dont move!!!! NO Turn Signals?

My friend Just hit a deer and im using my laptop to figure out why his damn needles arent working or his turn signals.. is there a fuse that controls the Cluster controls?

That happened to me once when I got my car back from a bodyshop. I brought it back to them and let them figure it out. I think its a computer issue that they just turn off a code, but I don't remember specifically. Check the fuse panel under the dash maybe? Good luck with it.

EDIT: The signal issue IS a fuse problem though.

could be the hazard switch also... i learned this when i put in another cluster and left the panel around the cluster and the hazard switch out to test and see if everything worked... well everything did except the turn signals

There is a fuse for the cluster. A friend of mine lost his needles when the wires behind the cluster shorted out.

ALL FUSES are good. triple checked!!!

Clock does not work either!

theres one under the hood you have to check a 5amp (brown one) for the memory and ecu circuit thats propably toast.

Replaced the flasher relay and everything works now... why its beyond me
