back passenger side wheel is wobbling
You either have a bent rim or there is corrosion on the hub face causing runout. Raise the car an spin the wheel. If the brake rotor also wobbles, it is the hub. If just the wheel wobbles, it is the rim.

It's not the shock. You either have a loose/bent wheel, a bad tire, a bent hub or bad wheel bearing. But if it was the bearing, you would've heard noise long before having wheel runout.

I sometimes wonder about the people who ask this question. Do you really want to keep riding on it? i mean your wheel is FLICKED up and wobbling. worst case scenario? ur wheel falls off while ur taking a turn u flip off the side of a cliff. Is spending a couple hundred bucks to fix it not worth saving ur life? and if not yours, your passenger's or the passengers in the other car u run into after ur car falls apart and spins out of control?
