my car wont turn over i have no ideal. i have a d16y7 swap in. i have new starter and alt batt is good. i just went to dealer got a main relay i hear the pump turn on. when i unblot the fuel fiter on top and crank it fuel comes up. i took off the fuel regulator and fuel came out to. i go to turn it and it just keeps turning and doesnt start?? i have no ideal please someone help me out. how can i check if injectors are bad? they are stock 240cc never touched them.im getting spark so it cant be coil over? i replaced that with an extra part i had please anyone that can help me any ideals.....

you need compression,fuel,spark and proper timing on everything for an engine to start...

check all of those then get back to us...

thanks yes i have fuel half tank gas and i checked for spark...ill check for compression should be fine but ill check also even if i dont mess with the timing could that go off? ill check the timing to..this all happen after was replacing rear brakes and went to start the car to pump brakes and it wouldnt start so nothing but problems right now haha but thanks ill check for all that... how can i check the injectors to see if there bad? i never touched those..could that be a problem to?

 

they way i check them is i take the fuel rail off hold the injectors in it a have a friend turn the key on but don't try to start if they work then when the fuel pump primes it will shoot fuel out, if they don't you won't see any fuel come out and when you let the injectors go they will pop off if they don't pop off you got a clog somewhere.

 

be very careful with the injector testing... my buddy set himself on fire doing it hes a dumbass but jsut be safe. Is the car turning over and just not starting?
