95' lx coupe drivers door wont open
i cant get my drivers door to open i have been told it is the latch but how do i get to the latch to fix the problem if the door is shut? or how can i just get it open to see if its something besides the latch? please help

Pull ot the drivers seat, remove the lower b-piller cover, and yank the door panel out of there. (try not to break it)

If that doesn't work it's an 11 out of 10.
those actually have a big problem with breaking. If it's broken you gotta rip the door panel off without breaking it and drill the door lock and manually pop up the lever. Big pain and hard to do unless you drill it absolutely perfect
And it's much easier to do this with the seat out however it's possable to do it with the seat in place. Either way good luck!
Let me know before you drill the lock (if you have to) and I can show you a picture of a lock I had to drill so you know exactally where to do it.

That's on the 4th gen. I haven't seen a fifth gen do that.

I havn't run across one yet, do you have to drill in the same spot?

so all i have to do is take our the seat and the cover then pry the panel off and see what is wrong wiht the door then i lost you with the whole drilling the lock cuz i had a few auto body places tell me that the latch is rusted shut and thats why it wont open so do u have any other methods or can u show me how to drill im kinda an amature when it comes to this kind of wor. thanks
i have been quoted 220 to fix the door and buy a knew latch for the door is that a good quote or should i still try to fix it me self since im just an amature at doing repairs such as these i dont want to expletive up my car anymore then it is. thanks
