Default Auto to Manual???

Hey guys I got an automatic b18b1 engine and i would like to know how to convert it to a manual. do i just remove the disc and replace with a flywheel? Has anyone done this before and can point out anything that could help me. Below is a pic to show you guys what i am writing about. The seems to be 8 bolts or pins in the middle circle. Can i just remove the pins and replace with flywheel?

Thanks in advance...

dont get any other bolts other than Honda/Acura flywheel bolts. You will need the Manual ones because they are longer than the automatic ones
