Resistor box with RC 440's OBD2->OBD1?

Resistor box with RC 440's OBD2->OBD1?
Do I need to run a resitor box with RC 440's and a OBD2a to OBD1 conversion? I thought that was an OBD0 thing but I couldn't find much so I figured I mine as well ask than *expletive* my car up. I searched for awhile and didn't come up with anything. Its running on a p06 ecu w/ crome if thats any help too.
