Default Oil problem(help)

today I notice that there was smoke and oil blowing out of my breather kit on my valve cover. and also i bad idle problem. What can be causings this? I have a GSR block with a LS PCV box. I hope theres no differences in the box's.

your piston rings are bad thats all i can think of did it happened after you beat on your car ?? i have had this happen but i didnt have any pcv kit thingy but iam pretty sure your piston rings are fried or broke a ringland pretty sure its blow by hope its a simple problem good luck

is there anyway to tell which cylinder is bad? compression test?

i don't want to pull the entire motor apart but just fix the one that needs to be replace.
