Default should i use p30 pistons

i have a b18b1 motor i have p30 pistons should i use them, is it worth the time and money, i have a gsr head too but im selling it so thats not an option. i did the compression ratio check on c-speed racing.com, what should i expect from the piston swap,or should i leave b18b stock and slap a turbo on it. please whats your opini
